Fairfield Public Schools offers FREE workout classes, taught by certified personal trainer and group instructor Jen Brown. Classes are designed for all fitness level whether you are a beginner or just wanting to get a good workout in. Multiple formats are offered and you can attend one, two, or all three workouts each week. The current schedule is: Monday - Pilates/Barre; Tuesday - PiYo; Wednesday - Tabata (HIIT).
