Fairfield Public Schools

On Monday, November 5th Fairfield Schools will be hosting Parent/Teacher Conferences from 1:00-7:00.  Typically, students are dismissed at Noon in order to allow for P/T Conference time.  However, we will not be having school for students the whole day on Monday, November 5th.  Fairfield Schools will be utilizing the morning for PD on a couple of areas.  The elementary staff will be collaborating on problem solving and looking at data through progress monitoring.  Time will also be spent on standards based grading and standards based report cards.  The 7-12 staff will spend time in their departments, collaborating on standards and curricular alignment.  The time is important in order to serve staff and students better and more efficiently.  Thank you and hope to see parents from 1:00 to 7:00 on Monday, November 5th!!!
